Inspiring youth in art

During a community event, children to age 17 are given all the tools and materials to create a work of art on-site. The winner does on to develop a community art installation.

Winner of the 2019 Birkbeck University of London Award for Public Engagement, Kensington Narrators is a grassroots, community-led organization which launched in the wake of the Grenfell fire.  Narrators archive important creative works which tell the story of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
